Malaysian Prawn Noodles - Har Mee




















LOVEEE!! Malaysian Prawn Noodles - Har Mee, has become one of my favourite food, thanks to my hubby's influence! 

Made with a big pot of pork ribs and tiger prawn heads soup base, and a whole jar (small jar of course) of Har Mee paste,  the soup is packed with flavours! Served with thin spaghetti (not angel hair),  beansprouts, fried onions and an egg, and it really made our night!

We are going to have it again tonight, and I bet that the soup will be even more tasty after 'brewing' it overnight (in the fridge)! Really looking forward to it!
