Crayola myPhones Volume Limiting In-ear Phones

How many times have you found yourself trying to watch something on the TV or have a normal conversation with someone, but got distracted because your child's playing music or video game too loudly? Every time it happened, we would turn the gadget's volume down, and then Abby would complain that she couldn't hear the sound because we were too noisy. If only if she's 6 years or above, I'll be giving her a Griffin's Crayola myPhones as a solution.

The made-for-children in-ear (or earbuds) phones are perfect for them as it limits the volume to 85dB, where 60dB is the volume of a normal conversation, and 105dB is the maximum volume on a MP3 player. My nephew was testing it out using my phone (playing Gangnam Style *chuckle*). The volume was set to the maximum on my phone (of course I tested it out myself first before giving it to him), but when I spoke to him without raising my voice, he could hear me clearly.

The in-ear phones comes with a crayon carrying case and 3 sets of cushions. I gave him the smallest ones and they stayed lightly in his ears without falling off. It was quite funny seeing a bended crayon sticking out from his head!

My nephew really likes it and has been using it on their iPad. Now he and his dad can have a bit more peace between them. The Griffin's Crayola myPhone comes in 4 vibrant colours and is retailed at £14.99.
