Yardley London Royal English Daisy Bath & Body Collection

Yardley London, Daisy bath product, Daisy body cream

Last week Yardley London has offered one of my lucky reader an English Rose Bath & Body Collection for my Valentine's Day Giveaway, and they have also kindly offered a set for me to try. Although I love their pink packaging, rose fragrance wasn't very me, so I chose their Royal English Daisy to try, which is packaged in a very Spring/ Summery lemon yellow colour, which looked very refreshing and energising!

To be honest, I wasn't very sure which fragrance I should go for, as I only know about Rose and Lavender. Their Lily, April Violets, Peony and Daisy (there is a Diamond and Mens too!) all sounded lovely. But after reading their descriptions I know I would like their Royal English Daisy because it contains musk in the base note. I love musk! Come to think of it, not many companies will describe what their bath and body products smell like the way perfumes would. This has certainly helped me make my decision without testing it out as you can more or less guess what you'd like if you know what's in your favourite perfume!

When they arrived I couldn't resist and tried their Nourishing Hand & Nail Cream (rrp £3.99) before I took the pictures. They smelled heavenly! I've definitely made the right choice! They've described it right, I can really picture a Spring meadow in front of me! The texture of both the Moisturising Body Lotion (rrp £5.99) and the Hand & Nail Cream are silky and light, and are absorbed quickly, leaving my skin soft and smooth. The gorgeous smell lingers but is not over powering. I can also still smell the fragrance from the Luxury Body Wash (rrp £3.50) even after rinsing.

For 2 weeks now I've been using the collection, and I'll keep on using them. I really love the Royal English Daisy fragrance! Yardley London supplies to the Royal Family as well, I wonder who in the family uses the Royal English Daisy if any? Just checked their website and noticed that they are doing a special price at the moment. Maybe I should stock up!
