We will never say no to chocolate tasting, especially for good quality chocolates! According to Chocolate by Genevie, they sourced their chocolates from Europe, choosing only the finest from the Chocolatiers to include in their collection. I think this is great as we get to try something from different chocolatiers instead of all from one shop. The packaging mention that they are made in Belgium, and everyone knows that Belgium chocolates are guarenteed to be good!

All the chocolates has a thin hard shell, filled with creamy ganache and other ingredients, they are very fine indeed! Both me and hubby (we didn't share with the kids this time. It's just not for sharing!) really enjoyed them, and I do think that they are much better than one of the popular UK brand which I think hasn't tempered their chocolates well enough. These chocolates just have to have a hard shell or it's a no no.

The other thing I like about Chocolate by Genevie is that they accept special orders where you can request for more or less of a type of chocolate in the box. For example, if you don't like white chocolates, you can tell them to not include any of them, or if you want more dark, less milk, you can request that too.

Delivery is first class at £3.50. if you order by 2pm, you can request for next day delivery, or even deliver at a future date (someone's birthday perhaps?). Just make sure you enter all your requests in their delivery note box. Most of their boxes are post box friendly and should fit through the door.

Overall I think their chocolate is worth buying, and will make perfect gifts for the chocolate lovers. I really like the idea of able to adjust the contents of the box without worrying about additional costs. I might order a box for myself filled with 60% dark chocolate, 30% Milk and 10% of white, and more nutty and creamy ones than fruity ones, and no alcohol.. that'd be a perfect box for moi!!

* Note from 19/09/2013 9am: A big apology to all my readers. I have made some mistakes while putting this giveaway together (no more late night blogging for me!), which are as follow:

1. I forgot to include additional entries to the Rafflecopter, which has now been included.
2. I just noticed that Chocolate by Genevie doesn't deliver to N. Ireland, so I had to change T&C point 1

Please acccept my sincere apologies for the above. I've checked the rest now and everything should be fine.
