Bronnley England Bath, Body and Hand

toiletries for royalty, luxury bath, luxury toiletries

I love nice smelling things. I used to collect perfumes, but I had to stop the hobby as it was getting expensive and they don't last forever. It didn't stop me from loving nice smelling things though, and whenever I get the chance I will always try to seek out a new fragrance to fall in love with.

Bronnley England, one of the "By Appointment to HM the Queen Toilet Soap Makers" (toiletries supplier to the Royalty), has a lovely range of nice smelling toiletries, including a lot of floral collection that I hardly see selling by other brands, such as Sweetpeas, Freesia and Orchid. They have kindly offered me 3 different products from 3 different collection to try, including:

Orchid Cleansing Body Wash (250ml, £9.95)
Lemon & Neroli (250ml, £7.25)
Freesia Dusting Powder (75g, £8.95)

The Orchid Cleansing Wash is enriched with Sweet Almond Protein, Witch Hazel and Jasmine Extract, and gives a really soft and thick lather. I tried it out on my hands first and my skin felt pampered. The Orchid fragrance lingered for a very long time, which is really good, though it isn't for me. I do like the texture of the cleansing wash though!

The Sweet Almond Oil enriched Freesia Dusting Powder is lovely if you are like me, not too keen in slapping lots of lotion all over after a shower or bath. The texture is very soft and smooth. I would have liked it even more if the soft puff can be bigger and puffier though, as it will hold more powder and cover a wider area quickly too.

The Lemon & Neroli Hand Wash is my favourite out of the 3. I think fragrance really makes a big difference for me, and I just love the citrus smell that reminds me of a sweet and delicate lemony soft jelly I had before.  We still have about 2/3 of the hand wash left and we have been using it every day in the bathroom. I would have loved to see the Dusting Powder coming in this fragrance as well!

I think that Bronnley England is a quality product, and much more affordable as well than some other brands. It's just something to prove that you don't need to spend a fortune for luxury products. You can see the wide collection Bronnley has on their website, including the Royal Horticultural Society range.
