Scooby-Doo! Adventures - The Mystery Map DVD

Don't they look cute in the new Scooby-Doo movie?? When I saw the cover I thought that Scooby was a puppy in this show, as he's just so adorable! Apparently the new movie is filmed in a puppet show format, and we really like it (though the kids were a tiny bit scared in the odd places)!

In The Mystery Map, Scooby and Shaggy found a treasure map in the weirdest place, and they had to follow a hilariously freaky parrot pirate who stole the map from them to find out the location of the treasure. Unfortunately the exact location of the treasure was missing from the map! The mystery was soon solved by the ever so clever Velma, but then they had to race against a scary monster pirate captain to get to the real treasure.

As the puppet characters are so cute, it's much funnier to watch for the children, although there were scary moments as well (that'll soon turn out to be funny)! Scooby and Shaggy are still easily frightened, luckily they have a group of very supportive friends! I think that it's a great idea to create the show in Puppet format to suit younger children more.

Scooby-Doo! Adventures - The Mystery Map is featured in 2 parts, both included in the DVD. It is out now in time for Halloween in store and online for around £7.
