Toy Fair 2014

Toy Fair 2014, 2014 hot toys, 2014 toys in the UK

An event that I'd love to make an annual one to visit! Last week was my first time ever visiting Toy Fair. It's not easy being a Northern blogger as most events are held down South, including big ones like the Toy Fair, but it was well worth the visit, and I'll most likely get an overnight stay for next year!

Not only did I get to see the lovely PRs I've been working with face to face, I also get to see first hand what will be in store for 2014, know what toys the companies will be focusing their budgets on, and what you, my readers the consumers, would like to see on my blog! I also met quite a lot of brands and new brands I've never worked with, and what impressive collections each of them have! This year is gonna be a very exciting year in the toy industry!

There is so much exciting stuff I'd really like to tell you, but a lot of them are top secret that we aren't even allowed to take pictures of, so you'll just have to wait for now. However, some new products have already launched for the new year, for example the new LEGO Movie range can already be found in the shops. Don't understand what the LEGO Movie is about? Then you must go and see it! It'll be out on 14th February in time for half term! It'll certainly be part of Abby's birthday present!

This £250 Scrabble Table from Esdevium Games is also already on the market, and it had to be The Table for the professionals! It has a turntable that's stable enough not to make the tiles rock away from their position!

Jigsaw puzzles is another big thing in our lives. Jumbo Games has been offering £1 donation to charity for every piece added to the puzzle they were building at the Toy Fair. When me and my fellow bloggers visited them on the first day in the afternoon, 3 x 1000 pieces puzzles were already completed and a 4th was in the making, I wonder how much they've raised at the end of the 3 days??

Have you seen the new Furblings yet?! OMG we don't own a Furby Boom but I might just get Abby one now so that I can get myself a Furbling! (Although it might not be mine anymore as soon as the kids sees it..) They are super cute! If you have a Furby Boom already, you should so get a Furblings which are £14.99 now at Argos!

And and!! There is soo much I wanna tell you so I better stop now before I tell you all the secrets! Do take my advise, start saving up now because it's gonna be an expensive year for us parents, no matter how old your child is!
