LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes - Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom! (DVD)

LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes, Justice League, Legion of Doom
I think it's safe to say that Abby and Clay's mutual favourite show is anything from LEGO. They always disagree on what to watch, but when one of them mention LEGO, they would quickly settle with a title and I would get my peace back.

It's been a while since I bought our last LEGO movie, so I was really excited when we were given the opportunity to review LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes - Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom on DVD, because I know that we will love it, and a funny dialogue is guaranteed.

Synopsis:
Lex Luthor is not happy – crime is on the run as the newly formed Justice League are working hard to keep the citizens of Metropolis safe. He creates his own team with a gang of skilled scoundrels, and so the Legion of Doom is born.
The evil galactic tyrant enlists Lex Luthor, and his formidable Legion of Doom, to launch a daring plan to attack top-secret government site, Area 52, and take over the world!  If the plan succeeds, the Legion of Doom will have access to some of the word’s deadliest weaponry and advanced alien technology. Is success for the daring villain finally within reach, or is crime destined to suffer yet another humiliating defeat by the Justice League?

As expected, we all enjoyed the show! I think it's safe to say that our favourite part of the show is the Legion of Doom selection process, it's just so funny, especially Lex Luthor's reactions! I also did the responsible parent thing and use it as an opportunity to explain why evil people can't work together nicely!

Both me and Abby found 2 of the Justice League members a tad annoying though! We are definitely on Wonder Woman's side! And then Abby cracked me up towards the end of the show:

Me:"Who is he again?"
Abby:"He's a General *shrug* so he's just a general person"
Me:"..."

I think Clay is scared at odd places, but he enjoyed the show so much he's been asking to watch it again within the same day.

Overall another enjoyable LEGO show! It's available now on Blu-ray (RP £8.99) and DVD (£5.99), in time for half-term fun!
