Monster High: New Ghoul in School Update
I don't normally publish an update after a review, but I feel that I need to do one for Monster High: New Ghoul in School because, after Abby has played more of the game and eventually completing it over the holidays, I realised that there is a lot more to the game that makes the game way more interesting than what I initially thought.
In my review, I have pointed out that players can collect spirit coins and buy outfits while living the Monster High life by joining clubs and completing missions. This is still true, but it is not until a bit further in the game that more of the story is unfolded, and a school crisis came up that the player must help to solve to turn Monster High back to how it was.
According to Abby, the story is kind of thrilling (not the scary kind, but as exciting as the shows), and there is more thinking and problem solving for the players to do. There is also some sneaking around that made her feel jumpy!
After hearing the story and what Abby had to do, I felt that the game is even better than what we thought initially. Although I'm not telling you much more than my initial review as I didn't want to spoil it for the players or players to be, I had to write this update as it has been bothering me since before Christmas. The storyline, enemies, change of feel in the game and the gameplay makes the game really exciting. The fact that this is the second game that Abby has completed, and was still playing until the end of the holiday says it all.
If you are a Monster High fan or know someone who is, and like the adventure the Monster High characters goes through in each episode, you should definitely check this game out.
