This is one of Clay's most anticipated toy to review for our Christmas gifts guide. The size is impressive, and the many features provided plenty of Batman role-play fun for him!
The Imaginext DC Super Friends - Transforming Batcave (£49.49, target age 3-8 year olds) comes with Batman and The Joker figurines, transforming batcave, 2 AAA batteries, body armor, 3 projectiles, 4 assorted weapons, sky glider and instruction leaflet.
Another powerpad on the Batcave's shoulder opens a chest containing Batman's armor. The second level features a projectile launcher and armory, and the base level is the prison, to lock The Joker up!
We weren't quite sure what the yellow statue is for that's located at the top, we are guessing target practice?
|Clay couldn't wait to play with it!|
A third power pad opens the garage where Batman stores his Batmobile (can be bought separately). There is also a lift located at the back of the Batcave, which brings Batman to the top, out from the Batcave's head.
There is a lot of features on the Imaginext DC Super Friends Transforming Batcave, giving the kids plenty of opportunity for imaginative play. There is also a whole Imaginext DC Super Friends range children can collect to expand their fun too!
While i was taking pictures, Clay couldn't resist playing with the set. He even discovered how to attach the sky glider onto Batman! We love it that the Batcave eyes lit up when it's transformed, and the transformations itself makes the Batcave much more fun to play with.
The Transforming Batcave is sturdy but not heavy, so Clay can carry it with him to another room to play. Clay really likes it and couldn't wait to show his daddy all the special features!
We think that this will make a great Christmas gift for little Batman fans! We will certainly be collecting more Imaginext figurines and the Batmobile for Clay to play with the Batcave!
