Bunchems Bunchbot

When I saw the adorable Bunchems Bunchbot at the Toy Fair, I knew the kids will love it, and I was right! We were given the opportunity to review the recently launched Bunchems Bunchbot and it has been keeping the kids occupied. The only thing they are whining about now is that they need more Bunchems so that they don't have to tear each other's creations apart!

Bunchems are little balls covered with hooks that make them attach to each other easily, which allow children to create models with them, whether it is 2D or 3D. One end has a hole for attaching decorations like eye pins. Bunchems can be used on their own, or to make clever 3D designs, there is Bunchems Bunchbot to help!

The instruction booklet comes with plenty of designs, each with step by step pictures to help little ones build their very own impressive 3D creations. Each model are created layer by layer, from the top to the bottom.

With the spikey tray in place, children just need to place Bunchems balls on the spikes based on the pattern, push it into the Bunchbot, and press the Bunchbot's head down to seal the layer into the head. When they do this for each layer, the layers will attach themselves to the one on top inside the head.

When the whole design is done, simply place the tall pusher on top of the tray, and press the Bunchbot's head down once more to push the design out from the top. Gently press the design together for a better form and attach any decorating pieces, and the design is done!

Both my kids absolutely love the Bunchems Bunchbot! Not just because he can help them create all sorts of cute and colourful designs easily, but also because he looks absolutely adorable!

We found designs such as the butterfly and the house, where you have to open them from a cylinder form to reveal the actual design (wings of the butterfly and door of the house) very clever!

Although there are 19 designs, once they get the hang of it, older children can try to create their own design using Bunchbot too!

Bunchems Bunchbot is out now in all good toy stores, and if your child is like mine who'll need more Bunchems, there are different pack sizes available that you can buy too.
